Entering Brendan Foot Supersite Round the Bays as a team is a great way to get everyone together for a fun day out. Teams can be made up of a group of family, friends, workmates (whoever you like!) and from all registration categories (6.5km, Active Families, 10km, Half Marathon & Buggy Walk).
Creating a Team
Nominate a ‘Team Manager’ – this person will take control of managing the team registrations and receive all team communications from the event organisers.
The team manager can create the team online here.
Once the team has been created it is time to spread the word among your team members so that each can enter themselves under the team name. The team manager can view registrations and manage the team by logging in to their tiktok account here.
Now you need to create a login to your managers portal so you can begin managing your team and verifying members. We are using a new system this year, so you need to create a new account, regardless of whether or not you have one from last year. Go to this link and select the option to create an account. Once you’ve entered the necessary information and proceeded, you should receive a validation request (possibly to your junk mail). Once you’ve validated your email your should be able to go back to the participant portal and log in with your email and new password.

How Team Members Enter
The team entry process is setup so that each member can register themselves under the team name. Once the team manager has created your new team online follow these steps to join the team:
- Click any of the register links on this website. Note registrations open 1st November 2018.
- Select the event you would like to register under
- In the pop up prompt select ‘Join a Team’
- Search for your team name
- Enter your individual details into the form
- Pay for your entry*
*If your team has been set up to pay for your registration then click ‘Complete Transaction’. Your entry will then become queued until the team manager accepts your entry by way of payment.
If any members register individually and retrospectively want to be added to the team, email firstname.lastname@example.org to make this change.
All team members MUST be entered and paid for by 1 February.
